Terms and Conditions of Use for CRE MBA

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CRE MBA, an online learning platform owned and operated by CRE Daily, LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

7. Payments and Refunds
All fees for courses or memberships are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be available under certain conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees or refund policy at any time.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CRE Daily, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services and you access them at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the platform.
13. Refund Policy

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
